Tools such as massage, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation, shockwave, and laser therapy are used selectively — only when they support meaningful, long-term outcomes.

This is the foundation of care at MassageRx.

An Advanced Manual Therapy Session is designed to address pain, movement restriction, and dysfunction through assessment-led, hands-on treatment.

Each session may include:

• Movement and functional assessment

• Selective use of therapeutic tools when clinically appropriate

Best suited for:

In some cases, additional tools may be used to support manual therapy outcomes.

These may include:

• Cupping & Myofascial Techniques – when appropriate for movement and tissue behaviour

These tools are never used as stand-alone treatments. They are integrated only when they support the broader manual therapy plan.

Pricing & Booking

Session length and pricing are structured to allow adequate time for assessment, treatment, and discussion.

• Advanced Manual Therapy – Up to 60min – $125
• Advanced Manual Therapy – Up to 45min – $95
• Advanced Manual Therapy – Up to 30min – $75
• Advanced Manual Therapy – Up to 15min – $45 (this is only a follow up appointment and designed for laser/shockwave only)

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that appointment times with Carey are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, I respectfully request no more than 4 hours notice. Missed appointments or cancellations without 4 hours’ notice, will incur a full service fee should the appointment remain unfilled.

Please note that multiple cancellations without adequate notice will result in a deposit before future appointments.

*”Up to” refers to what is needed during your appointment vs over treating the area solely to fill in time.

Cupping, laser therapy, and dry needling are extra tools that can be used during advanced manual therapy appointments at no extra charge. Carey may have different reasoning for using or not using these extra tools during treatments. Giving Carey as much information as possible about the reason for your visit will allow him to help create the very best treatment plan you.
